The non-native Formosan Subterranean Termites are very aggressive. They will try to bite when a tunnel is broken open. Formosan Termites are more aggressive and do more damage than the native eastern Subterranean Termites. They do not need contact with the soil if there is enough moisture in the structure’s wood. A Formosan colony separating from the soil and deriving moisture from the structure may require structural fumigation. iPro works closely with a company that provides this service.
